AT-14 Kornet

I have studied the Warfare.ru site carefully, and nowhere does it mention that the AT-14 Kornet is actually in use in the Russian army, although it is obviously exported. Wikipedia states it is in service, with c2300 launchers with 8000 missiles, but that is never an authoritave source.

Can anyone confirm that the Kornet is in use in the Russian army, and if so how is it deployed? Do they replace the battalion level AT-4 Spigots in the Motorised Battalions, or replace the Brigade level Konkurs "BRDM-3" AT-5 Spandrel on some form of SP mount? Or both? Or neither?
